A practical session for Business and Psychology students on what actually moves people at work, and what only appears to.
The workshop covered the evidence on workplace motivation: what the research supports, what has been widely repeated without support, and how to tell the difference when you encounter a claim in a management context.
Students from the Business and Psychology diplomas worked through case material together, which is the kind of cross-programme session the college runs deliberately.
